Elixir Health + Longevity provides mobile specimen collection and coordination services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All laboratory tests are performed by third-party laboratories. Elixir Health + Longevity is not responsible for laboratory analysis, results, interpretation, or billing decisions made by the laboratory.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:
• You have received proper authorization from a licensed provider for any ordered laboratory testing
• You are responsible for any laboratory fees not covered by a third party
• Mobile service fees are separate from laboratory charges

Services are provided for convenience purposes only and do not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider.

We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate and to update these terms at any time.
