Refund policy

Due to the nature of medical and mobile healthcare services, all sales are final once services have been rendered.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Laboratory testing fees are billed separately by the laboratory and are subject to the laboratory’s own billing and refund policies.
